Hi, I’m Lindsey—a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for supporting infants, toddlers, and the families who love them.
I have experience working across early childhood development, including time in a Birth to Three program where I partnered closely with families and supported children across a wide range of developmental timelines. Through this work, I’ve seen how powerful early support can be—not just for children, but for parents, too.
In addition to my clinical experience, I’ve worked with children in everyday settings, including several years caring for infants, toddlers, and young children. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on child development and a deep confidence in supporting both children and their families.
Lindsey’s Little Movers was created to bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and real-life parenting.
So many parents want to support their child’s development but aren’t always sure where to start—or if what they’re doing is “right.” I wanted to create a space where families could learn, ask questions, and feel reassured along the way.
These classes are designed to support early movement skills while also building confidence in parents. They offer guidance without pressure, and community without comparison—because every child develops at their own pace, and every parent deserves support through that journey.
